Aromatherapy Certification Program graduateHow Lee found the way in.
Lee holds an M.S. degree in Counseling and Human Systems, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and an aromatherapy practitioner and educator. Her lifelong interest in natural health and wellness led her from managing Amigos de Salud Natural Food Cooperative in Taos, NM to the Florida School of Massage where, in addition to becoming an LMT, she created and managed the Bookstore.
Selling and personally using essential oils in these venues evolved into the opportunity for study and certification in their use. She continues to advance her knowledge of essential oils through ongoing education, including study in France with Dr. Daniel Penoel, as well as studies with Aromahead Institute, Robert Tisserand, and Gabriel Mojay.
She taught classes for several years in the Therapeutic Uses of Essential Oils at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, and teaches regularly at massage schools and yoga centers in the U.S.A Florida native, Lee feels passionate about nature and the preservation of greenspace. She served on the Board of Trustees of Heathcote Botanical Gardens in her hometown of Ft.
Pierce, FL where she and her husband Pete settled after arriving on their sailboat, Blue Moon.
