How Luci found what she was seeking.
My Reiki journey and subsequent venture into Holistic methods of healing began in a time of great stress and personal tragedy. I experienced my first Reiki session while at an unrelated weekend seminar. I didn't know what to expect as I had never heard of Reiki, but I was in a state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion and needed to find something that could possibly provide some relief and healing. Immediately following my Reiki session, I knew I had found what I was seeking. Reiki was to become a tool that would help me through each day.
In 2007, I first opened LightWorks Reiki, offering Reiki services from my home, and have recently expanded to Creekside Natural Wellness in Crown Point, NY.
Since 1979, I have worked in the fields of teaching and human services, my experience ranging from work with children, adolescents, special populations and adults in both educational and private sector settings.
In addition to my Reiki practice, I am also a Certified Aromatherapist having completed my certification through the Aromahead Institute in January 2019.

LightWorks Reiki offers Jikiden Reiki® Sessions and Training Seminars and is certified through the Jikiden Reiki® Institute of Japan.
As a Certified Aromatherapist through the Aromahead Institute, Aromatherapy is offered as a complementarypath to holistic and nature based wellness.
