Our spa is the first organic spa in Saratoga Springs, New York! We have formulated an entire line of natural and organic health and beauty products. We really focus on creating beauty from the inside out. We have an herbalist, aromatherapist, massage therapists, acupuncturists, doctor of osteopathy and a dietician.
One of our most exciting programs that we offer is the Total Transformation. This innovative 9 week program is run by our medical doctor and combines the knowledge and services of our entire staff. You'll meditate and work through energy blockages, receive a customized diet plan and some pampering along the way. This program is about making long lasting changes. Whether you're looking for more energy, to lose weight or heal emotional blockages, we'll help you get to the best you.
