How Niki turned her own ADHD diagnosis into Botanical Health Clinic.
I am a clinical herbalist, certified aromatherapist, nutritionist, and wellness coach. I am also a former pediatric nurse that specialized in brain-based disorders such as ADHD, Autism, and Depressive Disorders.
I was diagnosed with ADHD myself 25-years ago.
I know first-hand the unique challenges we face daily trying to balance nutrition, emotions, and our executive dysfunctions. My simple and effective holistic protocols are created around my experience and my passion to give genuine ADHD support.

I started my aromatherapy shop, Essential Diffusion, while still in school studying clinical herbalism, aromatherapy, and nutrition. I have used essential oils for over 25 years to manage my ADHD and anxiety symptoms. Knowing how harsh medications affect me both mentally and physically, I have always opted for the holistic route and plant medicine for myself.
After being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder and no longer being able to take any over-the-counter or pharmaceutical medications, I returned to school to get a formal education and training in clinical herbalism, certified aromatherapy, and nutrition therapy. I combined that with my 12+ years of nursing experience and this year I have opened my ADHD-focused, holistic healthcare practice: Botanical Health Clinic.
At Botanical Health Clinic, we help small business owners and entrepreneurs with ADHD manage their symptoms naturally through aromatherapy, herbs, and nutrition consulting.
