Phyllis Hilliard is a licensed Cosmetologist. She has experienced the benefits of essential and carrier oils in the hair and skin care industry. The use of these oils has been beneficial to improving the health of chemically treatedhair. She is developing an aromatherapycontinuing education class for Cosmetic Artlicense renewal in the State of North Carolina. The class will be offered to cosmetologist, estheticians and nail technicians.
