While I was taking the Aromahead class, winter came and my teenager daughter decided to go with our exchange student to the skating rink. They both fell so many times that by the time they got home they were in so much pain and I could see the bruises starting to come up.I whipped up the Helichrysum and Lavender oils, blended them with trauma oil and Voila! the girls had no pain, no inflammation and no bruises the next day.
