Aromatherapy Certification Program graduate“It worked and I was hooked.”
How a bottle of Lavender led Teresa to hospice care.
I completed Aromahead’s Aromatherapy Certification Program in 2012. Since then I have taken additional classes with Aromahead as well as Rhiannon Lewis and Robert Tisserand.
My interest in aromatherapy began over 20 years ago with a simple bottle of Lavender I purchased from a “hippie” who promised me it would relieve stress.
Since then I have been answering a calling to apply what I have learned to help those going through end-of-life transitions. I am a volunteer for a local hospice and use aromatherapy with their clients in hospice, respite and palliative care as well as families in grief and loss support groups.
What made the difference, in Teresa’s words.
Teresa's testimonial names her instructor directly in two of its four sentences. The two below are what's left, in her own founder-free words.
Logical, and easy to follow
The coursework's sequence made a dense subject approachable.
The coursework is put together in a logical sequence and is easy to understand.
Already planning the Graduate Program
One certification in, she is already looking toward the next one.
I’m thankful I chose Aromahead for my Certification and I plan to continue my education by completing the Graduate Program in the near future.
