I am a licensed massage therapist, certified aromatherapist, and Reiki practitioner - a passionate healer with an alternative approach. I am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
I truly believe we should put our best self forward in all we do. This can be difficult in a hectic, activity-filled life, especially if one is dealing with pain or dysfunction! In order to tend to our loved ones and work effectively each day, we simply must make self care a priority!
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. My mission is to help my clients fill their cup so they can effectively take care of their loved ones.

Lucida Sol is Latin for "bright sun." I offer therapeutic massage, Reiki, reflexology, spa services, aromatherapy consultations, custom blending, and small-batch botanical products.
There so so much to say about Aromahead! I think what I loved the most are the videos and hands-on blending exercises. The "work at your own pace" methodology allowed me to watch videos multiple times as I blended my own products. I also appreciate that I have lifetime access to the information in the ACP.
