Aromatherapy Blends for Massage: A blog post & recipe round up
Aromatherapy blends for Massage Therapists
I used to be a Massage Therapist. You can probably imagine that I loved to use Aromatherapy blends for massages!
I was always amazed at the way massage, especially combined with Aromatherapy, could soothe aches and pains. I experienced the way it eased sore muscles, aching joints, muscle spasms, and more. It was such a great practice to be able to share with people recovering from injuries, too.Â
These days, some of my favorite Aromatherapy blends for massage are recipes I've been using since that time. I've written a few blog posts sharing these recipes, and I wanted to share several of those with you here . . . along with a new recipe for massage oil made with vanilla-infused jojoba.
