How nursing led Briana to the oils.
For the past decade, I have worked as a Registered Nurse in geriatrics, cardiac units, and surgical services.
When I was introduced to essential oils many years ago by a health coach in our local wellness store, I instinctively knew that I needed to give them a try and study them out. The overwhelming amount of applications essential oils have amazed me. The growth process in learning about essential oils continued from there, and I am very happy to be graduating as a Certified Aromatherapist from Aromahead Institute. I am already looking into continuing education (lol)!

My husband and I will soon be launching a health and wellness + leadership blog! Justin, my husband, will be focused on writing about leadership and building healthy connections. I will be primarily focused on educating about essential oils and health.
My goal is to build a repertoire of valuable content on essential oils for the public that is based upon evidence and solid research.
Essential oils are an exciting tool in our toolbox that are being increasingly shown to support health and wellness. The ACP program has been fabulous at helping me become equipped and prepared to support others in their journey with essential oils!
The anatomy and physiology course was very well done! I graduated as a nurse many years ago, and it was enjoyable for me to get a refresher! As a nurse, I believe that some knowledge at least in anatomy and physiology is key in having a more thorough understanding of how essential oils work within and affect the body. I definitely recommend the Aromatherapy Certification Program course as a whole!
