Through Aromastasis LLC I teach and privately coach on how to achieve weight loss via stress management (Stop Stress Weight) using a calming elimination diet and aromatherapy techniques. As the body calms itself by eating "foods just right for you" and using essential oils it releases the excess body weight and brings itself into homeostasis. We are a company committed to healthy nutrition and methods that calm the body.
