Lynda Carpenter

Aromatherapy Certification Program graduate
🌱 Certified Aromatherapist

Can you imagine shaking hands with the grim reaper and walking away, better for the introduction.

Her story

How Lynda's own fight became her calling.

That is how I was introduced to essential oils. I had Stage four, metastatic, supposedly terminal cancer. It started in the breast, went to the bone in three places, and when it got to the intestine, my oncologist signed papers saying that I was terminal. The death benefit on my life insurance policy paid in 2011. I loved spending that money!

Then, after focus and dedication to my overall health and wellness, in 2016 my PET/CT read No foci of hypermetabolic activity are identified. I believe that I was clear long before that but I went three years without a PET/CT. Somewhere in there, I reversed my cancer. I did it all holistically. I never did conventional chemotherapy or radiation. When my oncologist got the results, he said one word - Amazing!

What she’s building

Wellness FOR a Lifetime

A board certified drugless practitioner, holistic nutritionist, and certified aromatherapist, we use blood chemistry analysis to guide recommendations.

After taking aromatherapy in my Master's Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, I could have taken a program that provided the same certifications and endorsements through my college. I am so glad that I attended Aromahead instead. The instructors at Aromahead provide all the science necessary but the format is gentle and, dare I say, loving. So much more than just the academic information.

What made the difference, in Lynda’s words.

Lynda studied complementary medicine at the graduate level before enrolling. Here is her comparison, in her own words.

Chosen over her own college

Her master's degree offered the same certifications in-house. She came here anyway.

Science, gently delivered

The rigor is all there. The register is what surprised her.

What stays with you

Years later, it is the feeling of the teaching she names first.
