2 Essential Oil Roll-On Recipes (+ why they work)
Essential Oil Roll-On Recipes Make Aromatherapy Convenient
Part of making essential oil blends that work for you is using methods that work for your lifestyle.
If you find a great bath salt recipe but you never take baths . . . you can usually adapt that blend to use in the shower.
If you see a diffuser blend you want to try but don't have a diffuser . . . you can often adjust and make that blend in an Aromatherapy inhaler.
Aromatherapy should be simple and convenient, and your blends should work for YOUR lifestyle.
That's why I love essential oil roll-on recipes!
6 reasons why essential oil roll-on recipes are so fun and convenient...
They are quick and simple to make!
They are easy to use.
A roll-on bottle fits so easily in a bag or your pocket. It can go everywhere with you.
It's a mess-free way to apply a blend (you don't get the oil all over your hands).
Essential oil roll-on recipes make great gifts!
You can use them for therapeutic blends, emotional support, and even for a natural perfume.
Some roll-on bottles hold about 10 ml of a blend. That means they're about the size and shape of a lip gloss or lip balm.
But there are also roll-on bottles that hold a full 1 oz (30 ml) of a blend. These are so great for moisturizing oils or for a therapeutic blend that you want to use on a larger area. (Like your belly, for example.)
I want to share 2 essential oil roll-on recipes with you today!
One is for a natural perfume, and the other is called "Belly Bliss."That one is for digestion and different kinds of stomach discomfort.
An essential oil natural perfume roll-on recipe
Have you ever bought a new perfume and loved it . . . only to find that you lose interest in it a few days later or didn't really like it as much as you thought you did? Maybe it felt like "you" at the moment when you bought it, but in your daily life, it doesn't feel like it reflects your true self as much.
Making essential oil roll-on recipes is a wonderful way to create an all-natural perfume that is all you!
You can combine essential oils that you love to create something truly unique.
Here's a recipe I recently made (which I am loving!)
This natural perfume has a few different aromatic elements all working together.
The vanilla jojoba (one of my favorite carriers for natural perfume!) creates a warm, smooth, comforting base. Honestly, it would be gorgeous as perfume all by itself!
Some perfumers use "top notes, "base notes," and a "heart note" to create a balanced all-natural perfume recipe. But you don't have to include all three notes in your own natural perfume.
It's all about what you like!

An essential oil roll-on recipe for digestion
This recipe is an excellent friend when you've eaten a little too much when you feel nauseous or have a tight stomach and for other kinds of stomach discomfort.
It's made in a larger roll-on bottle since we're going to use it on our bellies and low backs.
I chose three essential oils for this blend that have AMAZING reputations for calming upset stomachs! They are known to calm spasms, ease cramps, soothe nausea, and support you through feelings of indigestion and being "too full."
